AMS Europe is the international body representing a wide range of manufacturers of Advanced packaging (and alike) Materials and Solutions, as well as technical applications. It comprises more than 130 foil rollers and manufactures of aluminium closures, containers, household foil and all kinds of flexible packaging in Western, Central and Eastern Europe.

Flexible Packaging Europe (FPE) is the industry voice of flexible packaging manufacturers in Europe representing more than 80 per cent of the market’s turnover. Flexible packaging can be pouches, sachets, lids, blisters, wraps or other formats used for most end-consumer markets.

European Aluminium Foil Association

The European Aluminium Foil Association (EAFA) is the main trade association, specifically representing companies engaged in the rolling and rewinding of aluminium foil and the manufacturing of semi-rigid alufoil containers and household foil in Europe. With its more than 40 members, the organisation represents the total aluminium foil rolling market in Europe.

Aluminium Closures Group

Aluminium closures and screw caps are typically used for spirits, water, wine and many other products like olive oil and pharmaceuticals. They can be customised through different decoration technologies. The members of the Aluminium Closures Group represent more than 70 per cent of the global production.

Recycling Alliance for small Aluminium Packaging

The Recycling Alliance for small Aluminium Packaging (re-alu) is a European multi-stakeholder platform dedicated to improving the recycling performance of small aluminium packaging, including coffee capsules, foils and small containers. Established in 2026, re-alu acts as a stakeholder platform for coordination, data assessment and development of best practices, supporting stakeholders and public authorities to improve recycling of small aluminium packaging towards the upcoming regulatory requirements.

Aseptic Bag Manufacturers Association

The Aseptic Bag Manufacturers Association (ABMA) represents (European) manufacturers of aseptic bags for industrial, food service and catering applications. The association focuses on promoting the development of the aseptic bag packaging market, exchange of technical information, standards, legislative/regulatory information gathering, as well as representation at national and international levels in key areas of interest to the members and their customers.

The Forum Flexible Verpackungen represents the interests of flexible packaging manufacturers in German-speaking countries. Its focus is on food packaging, regardless of the material composition.
